About the Experience
Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is an epic interactive experience where the most popular elements of Minecraft are brought to life before your eyes!
Journey through the world of Minecraft where you will explore iconic biomes and dimensions, interact with mobs, and use your wits and creativity to save the villagers from a grim fate.

Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue takes approximately 55 minutes to navigate from the time you enter the forest to the completion of your quest.
Absolutely! Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is fun for everyone. Even if you’ve never played Minecraft, you’ll still have a blast interacting with its unique characters and immersing yourself in its surprising worlds.
Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is safe for children of all ages, however, the experience is designed for children aged 7 and up to fully participate.
Like the game, some parts of the experience may be a little dark and spooky, but there is no explicit language, graphic violence or gore whatsoever, nor are there jumpscares. For reference, the original video game has a recommended PEGI rating of 7 and an ESRB rating of Everyone 10+.
Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to enter. Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter.
Please note, we are not able to accommodate strollers inside the experience. Any children unable to walk must be carried by their caregivers.
Yes. At this time, all guests entering the experience will need to have a ticket.
Yes! The experience will host Adult Nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7-10 p.m. (last entry 9pm).

Feel free to take pictures and videos to share with your friends and family, and on social media. Make sure to tag us at #minecraftexperience!
Please be sure to keep your flash off. We want you to be happy with the memories you capture. Flash photography and video lighting can result in washed out photos.
Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Experience Mod LLC. If your camera or video gear appears to be professional, you may be asked to take your gear out of the experience.
You do you. We love to see Minecraft related gear and other clothing that looks good in photos. Pull out your cape if you have one! We also encourage comfortable shoes and clothing so you can walk and stand for a long period of time.
The Minecraft Experience Trading Post offers a wide variety of apparel and merchandise for purchase. You do not have to purchase a ticket to visit the Trading Post. Stop in and pick up the perfect gear for your real-life adventures!
Plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled entry time so that our staff can check you in and prepare you for your Minecraft journey.
Ticket Questions
Tickets are booked in 15 minute intervals. Within each 15 minute interval, you will be admitted to Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue in groups of no more than 25 people.
To ensure that everyone in your group can walk through the experience together, please wait for your entire party to arrive before getting in line to scan your ticket and receive your controller.
Please check in with the onsite staff as soon as you can. If there is space available, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.
We recommend arriving at least a few minutes before your scheduled entry time slot as late admittance is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
You can purchase tickets at the official Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue site. Please note, any tickets bought or sold through third party resale sites will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID and will not grant entry to the experience.
Tickets purchased onsite are subject to availability. We strongly suggest purchasing tickets ahead of time to avoid delays and disappointment.
Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is a 100% cashless event. We accept the following forms of electronic payment: debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).
If you have a smart phone or tablet, your ticket can be scanned right from your device. If you do not have a smart device, please print your tickets ahead of time to ensure prompt entry.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled entry date or time, you have the option of exchanging your ticket to a different day or time. You must contact us more than 48 hours before your originally scheduled entry. We are unable to exchange tickets with less than 48 hours’ notice. Any increase in ticket price will apply. To request an exchange, contact ticketing support using this form. Be sure to mention your name and order number.
You can also give your name and provide a valid photo ID at the door and our onsite staff can look up your ticket information.
Yes! We offer a Friends and Family multi-pack discount for purchases of 3 to 10 tickets. We also offer a Large Group discount for purchases of 11 or more tickets. This offer is available for tickets purchased in a single transaction and is not retroactive if you add tickets to an existing order.
Please note, each entry group can accommodate up to 25 people. Groups over 25 people will be separated to ensure the best possible experience

The Friends & Family or Large Group discount is only applicable at the original time of purchase. Any additional tickets (of two or less) must be purchased as General Admission and are subject to time slot availability.
Service fees and sales tax are added at the time of purchase. The per-ticket service charge covers ticket and credit card processing expenses and customer service costs. Sales tax is collected by the state, even if you live elsewhere. This is included automatically with every ticket transaction, no matter when or where you purchase.
If anyone in your party can’t make it, but want their cape code, make sure to exchange their ticket to a date that they can attend! You can contact ticketing using this form (please see the FAQ about tickets exchanges).
The promo code for the Minecraft Experience Cape must be redeemed no later than 6 months after the Toronto location ends.

Yes! Square One offers plenty of free parking, including accessible and family-friendly spots.
Restrooms are available onsite, however, once inside the experience there are no bathrooms available and you would need to leave your group in order to use the facilities. This may interrupt your adventure and make it difficult to rejoin your party. We recommend visiting the restroom before checking in to ensure the best possible experience for you and your group.
Due to capacity and emergency evacuation route restrictions, we do not permit strollers in Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue. Children unable to walk must be carried throughout the experience.
Additionally, please refrain from bringing any oversized bags, backpacks, diaper bags or carriers.
Only Service Animals trained to perform a task related to a person’s disability are permitted inside the experience. No other animals, including emotional support animals, comfort animals, or pets are allowed.
No weapons will be permitted into the experience whatsoever. This includes all firearms and ammunitions. This also includes both open and concealed carry firearms regardless of license.
There is no coat check on site. We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home.
For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection.
No food or beverages are permitted inside Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue. Special medical exceptions can be made, please check with the onsite manager before you enter the experience.
Food and beverage concessions are not available at Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue.
Please check with the onsite staff before you leave Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue if you have lost an item. If you’ve already departed, you can contact us at hello@minecraftexperience.com.
Accessibility
Much like the game, Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is intended for all types of guests to enjoy. It is considered a physical experience designed to fully immerse you in the Minecraft world through physical engagement.
In addition to walking, the experience can include jumping, reaching up high and down low, throwing objects, and more. However, each guest can participate as much or as little as they like. Those who can’t sit still will be happy to dig into the exploration, and those who would rather watch will enjoy being a spectator.

Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue contains moments in the dark, loud noises, and immersive moving projections that could make some people feel dizzy or lightheaded. Guests with sensory sensitivity may wish to bring sunglasses or earplugs for personal comfort.
